Die Design:

Our Designers are prepared for any complexities by their 
numerous years of experience in the aerospace, automotive 
and commercial environments. Design experience ranges from
simple blank dies to complex progressive dies.

Die Manufacture, Modification & Repair

Busy Bee Tooling has earned its excellent reputation by
the implementation of manufacturing control procedures
which track raw stock through finished components. 

All operations are governed by an established quality 
assurance program. We specialize in progressive, compound
and short run dies.

Super high speed machining and superb precision are attained
by the use of Mitsubishi Wire-Cut EDM systems and Fadal
VMC's. Our 10,000 pound hoisting capacity enables the
handling of extra large dies.
 

Special Tooling, Jigs and Fixtures

We have vast expertise designing and fabricating assembly
machines, assembly fixtures and inspection fixtures. We also
 have over 20 years experience building hydroform tooling.

We Can develop your concept and provide you with
a finished product.

Metal Stamping

Our press range runs from 45 to 400 tons, with the largest 
bed capacity of 60" x 120". Busy Bee Tooling can handle both
small and large customer stamping requirements from short
run to high volume production. Our press operators have
numerous years of experience with simple to complex 
progressive and compound dies. Our newest coil feeder is 
able to handle 1/4" thick material 12" wide and 3/16" 
material to 24" wide. Our quality assurance program will
ensure your part will meet your specificatons.
